Prouvé developed the Cité armchair in a competition for furnishing the halls of residence in the Cité Universitaire in Nancy. He himself used the chair with its characteristic coated sheet steel skates and armrests made of wide leather straps in the living room of his abitazione.Citè is a dynamic seating and elegant base sheet steel base, powder coated. Seat cover and back cover piece in black cloth. Pillow for neck height adjustable, padded with polyurethane foam covered.
